Monday to Friday shift from 8am to 6pm. **Activities:** * Capture PO in Dolibarr system (internal system) * Track purchase orders with supplier * Enter requirements into leads * Place orders with supplier * Invoice customers in Dolibarr (internal system) * Invoice purchase tickets * Share PO status with customers * Fill out 4Q sales reports, delivery notes, quotations, red items and overdue items (training provided) * Replenish consumable materials for active stock * Match Dolibarr POs against customer systems * Review materials for delivery with customer We provide training!
