Being part of IOS inspires you to achieve great things, to commit, to accomplish things you would never think possible, and you will be proud to do so. **Position Objective:** Provide support to the sales team to close sales through customized floor plans and proposals based on customer needs. **General Responsibilities:** \- Floor plans \- Modifications \- IOS build to suit **Specific Responsibilities:** FLOOR PLANS o Prepare corporate quotations that include furnished office layout designs o Create renderings for office presentations in corporate proposals o Update and audit commercial floor plans on the company's internal platform o Generate commercial floor plans for opening new centers o Support processing requests from coordinators and leaders o Create furnished floor plans for proposals o Keep installation plans (hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, electrical, telecommunications, and gas) up to date and organized **MODIFICATIONS** o Carry out space modifications requested by existing customers o In addition to floor plans, prepare client proposals including renderings o Follow up on requests until closure and resolution o Provide preliminary cost estimates using authorized suppliers **IOS BUILT TO SUIT** o Develop customized solutions for new or potential clients o In addition to floor plans, renderings, and client proposals, provide timely follow-up to the operations team regarding project requirements Job type: Part-time Salary: $6,000\.00 \- $8,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free drinks * Company parking * Gym access Work location: On-site
