Acuña, Coahuila **Quality Engineer** Objective: Analyze quality standards for components, materials, or services. Apply measurements, sampling methods, test methodologies, and other procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards. Apply quality principles, analyze quality records, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Conduct inspections, verifications, and validations of components or materials used in development processes. Responsibilities * Review and update Control Plans, preparation of reports and presentations for problem resolution, process monitoring through the application of statistical quality tools, creation of work instructions. * Review process adherence to the quality system according to ISO/IATF 16949 standard. * Lead, coordinate, and train quality inspectors, including development of work tasks and procedures. * Develop documentation for PPAP. * Direct customer contact to respond to complaints, improvement opportunities, attend internal and/or customer meetings regarding Engineering changes, APQP, new projects, and follow-up on complaints and corrective or improvement actions. * Coordinate containment sorting, repair of quality issues. * Analyze customer complaints to develop countermeasures and implement corrective actions. * Coordinate meetings with other departments to follow up on customer complaint countermeasures. * Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environmental, Health, Safety and Energy Policy. * Comply with environmental, safety, health, and energy requirements specified in Federal, State, and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products, in order to meet EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health, and Safety) procedures inherent to the job position.
