Join our KB Rail Mexico team in our next steps. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Position Summary:** The Repair Shop Coordinator provides support to Repair/Overhaul activities in a timely and cost\-effective manner. In addition, the Repair Shop Coordinator provides support to Project Management and Rail Services (RS) Account Management to ensure contractual obligations are met. This position may include customer interface as it directly relates to customer owned material. Daily duties and requirements are SAP CS, RMA maintenance, and contact with various internal departments. Some of the duties include maintaining manual or computerized SAP records and assisting the Repair Department personnel as well as the factory floor. **Essential Functions:** Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies. Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable. Must understand and comply with applicable standards. ( i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and CMMI). Maintain and safeguard business records. * Receive customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP. (RMA Creation) * Consistent communication with internal and external customers providing status updates to repairs and overhauls. * Work with our RS PM’s and Sales team to maintain a sales forecast and track monthly sales completion to the plan. * Maintain a high level of data quality within KBC’s SAP system. * Conduct data collection and analysis as applicable to customer complaints. * Review and report top customer complaints. * Monitor assigned customer material from entry to closure. * Support disposition of customer material (Return to Vendor, Repair in house, etc.). * Prepare reports and cost estimates. * Work with Material Planner and KBC Service Center to establish repair schedule for in house repairs and overhauls. * Provide support and assistance to other colleagues, as directed, and any other duties as requested. * Travel is primarily local during the business day, although occasional out\-of\-the\-area/overnight travel may be expected. **Management \& Supervisory Responsibilities:** * Job is **not** responsible for managing other employees **Experience / Education** * 3\-5 years of relevant experience * Preferred 1\-2 years’ experience in related Rail Industry. * Bachelor’s degree preferred, Business Administration or related * Possess or obtain all necessary paperwork for international travel **Knowledge:** * ERP systems (SAP\-CS) and RMA processes. * Ability to read and understand technical materials (drawings, specs, quality standards). * Customer service and communication skills. * Data analysis and problem\-solving. * Basic understanding of purchasing contracts and repair/overhaul processes. **Skills:** * Teamwork * Excellent organizational skills * Strong verbal and written skills * Good Product knowledge * Must be able to work well in a team environment both internally and with customers. * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Must be able to take direction from senior personnel. * Must be able to multi\-task * Must have a strong desire to succeed with high expectations, both of themselves and others. * Strong verbal and written communication skills 100% Bilingual (English/Spanish) **What does KB Rail Mexico have to offer you?** * Work\-life balance that includes Paid Vacation \& Holiday Paid Time Off * Vacation Premium * Life insurance * Christmas Bonus * Educational assistance program * Wellness program * Saving Fund * Pantry Vouchers * Permits paid for: Marriage or Death of a direct relative * Attendance Bonuses * Cafeteria Subsidy * Subsidy for prescription glasses * Medical service in plant * Recognition programs
