The Branch Executive 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of sales, products, or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster customer relationships to generate loyalty and help increase sales to individual retail customers. **Responsibilities:** * Attract and retain new customers, and sell financial products. * Promote and sell financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, investments, and other products; achieve monthly sales targets. * Complete sales at branches or visit customers and prospective customers to sell products. * Carry out customer retention activities. * Select the best course of action from a broad range of defined options, and understand the consequences of each. * Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the company’s reputation and protecting Citigroup, its customers, and its assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and transparently reporting control issues. **Qualifications:** * 1–3 years of relevant experience. * Experience selling financial products. * Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent.
