The primary objective of this position is to **provide comprehensive tracking for domestic and international land shipments**, maintaining effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure accurate, secure, and timely operations. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive tracking for domestic and international shipments. * Maintain constant communication with customers, carriers, and internal departments. * Update shipment information on logistics platforms (Easy4PRO, Cargobase, Penske, etc.). * Verify and record documentation (BOL, packing list, POD, Carta Porte). * Coordinate border crossings and monitor shipment status. * Manage additional costs and prepare tracking reports in Excel. * Ensure compliance with loading/unloading timeframes and legal/customs requirements. * Support continuous process improvement and customer service enhancement. #### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory).
