Develop applications, web pages, interfaces and reports that deliver relevant information at the right time to provide competitive advantages to senior management. Evaluate the performance of internally developed applications—both user adoption and effectiveness of implemented solutions. Comply with SOX audit requirements and other applicable regulations. **Specific Competencies:** * Ability to design, program and implement IT solutions that streamline processes. * Supply chain processes to interpret business needs and translate them into new systems. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND/OR ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years in the automotive industry in a similar role **Full Stack Developer** * Analysis, design and implementation of digital solutions * Experience with scalable architectures * Scrum methodology * Creation of APIs and services using Node.js/Express, Python * .Net C\# for desktop applications and integrations with SAP and PLC * Backend \& frontend development with .Net, React and/or Angular * Data modeling/analysis (SQL databases) using data analytics tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, QuickSight or similar * Rapid development of enterprise apps using Power Apps * Process orchestration using Power Automate * Packaging/deployment using Docker and foundational DevOps best practices * Secure, governed and maintainable integration of all components * Preferably knowledge of Machine Learning and AI solutions * Interaction with major enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP), Payroll, MES, and data generated by Industry 4\.0\. elements including PLCs, sensors, robots and machinery in general * Experience implementing cloud and on\-premise solutions * Preferred experience with Shop Floor Data Collection and Barcode LANGUAGES: Intermediate English **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
