Maintenance Manager -AC3

Cd. Acuña, Coahuila **Maintenance Manager – AC3** Analyzes production and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (e.g., changes in procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve cost estimates and schedules to integrate these needs into existing manufacturing activities. Responsibilities * Create and develop a preventive maintenance program covering all equipment. * Prepare monthly reports for results presentation. * Prepare lists of spare parts and critical equipment required for carrying out activities. * Stop operation of equipment or machinery when any risk exists. * Manage the budget assigned to the department. * Maintain information on machinery maintenance. * Coordinate department personnel activities. * Comply with and enforce company-established regulations, policies, and standards, as well as applicable legal requirements. * Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment, Health, Safety and Energy Policy. * Comply with environmental, safety, health, and energy requirements set forth in Federal, State, and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products, in order to meet the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health, and Safety) procedures inherent to their job position. * Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health, and Safety Management System, including achieving EMASS Objectives and Targets. **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field. * 7 to 10 years of experience. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Hydraulics * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Advanced English. * Introduction to ISO 50001:2018 **Preferred:** * ISO 50001:2018 Internal Auditor Requirements * ISO 50001:2018 Lead Auditor * Energy savings and efficiency * Continuity measurements on grounding conductors. * Design and calculation of Capacitor Banks * RED 2\.0 Code and its interpretation * Training in the use of measurement equipment. **Competencies** * Communication * Leading teams * Planning and organization * Initiating action * Making operational decisions * Leading within a safety framework **Benefits** * This is an active full-time vacancy with competitive benefits and compensation. * Equal Opportunity Employer – Inclusive Company. **How to Apply** * To learn more about the position and apply, visit: https://hcnh.fa.us2\.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/faces/FuseWelcome?\_afrLoop\=22755292120132527\&\_adf.ctrl\-state\=hnbauihrm\_ 853
