Conflict Management: Knowledge of conflict management; ability to anticipate, recognize, and effectively address existing or potential conflicts at individual, group, or situational levels. **What the candidate will do** * CCTV monitoring. * Maintain updated security procedures. * Emergency response. * Observe, collect, and report on security-related incidents. * Conduct safety training for new employees and contractors. * Develop and execute transportation plans. * Lead emergency brigades. * Coordinate evacuation drills. * Train private security personnel in life-risk operations. * Coordinate and supervise plant protection activities. **Academic Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or Business Management. **Skills:** Conflict Management * Solid knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures. * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. * Analytical problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Emergency Management * Ability to respond to emergencies (first aid, search and rescue, fire protection). Data Collection * Proficiency in office software applications. * Ability to write business procedures and reports.
