Main responsibilities: * Recruitment, selection and onboarding of personnel. * Payroll, incident management and contract administration. * Coordination of training, development and STPS registration. * Implementation of HR policies and employee wellness programs. * Monitoring certifications and regulations (including OEA). * Performance evaluation and retention strategies. * Advising leaders on workplace climate and conflict resolution. * Preparation of human capital reports and indicators.
