**TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** **REQUIREMENTS** * Engineering intern or incomplete degree (degree not mandatory) * Experience in technical support and equipment configuration * Knowledge of video surveillance systems and security cameras * Knowledge of installation and adjustment of wireless links * Configuration of radios, computers, and communication equipment * Ability to diagnose failures and provide technical solutions * Flexible availability of working hours * Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Install, configure, and maintain video surveillance equipment * Configure wireless links, radios, and communication devices * Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal users and customers * Ensure proper operation of computers and associated systems * Diagnose failures, perform adjustments, and execute preventive actions * Document activities, services performed, and installed equipment **OFFER** * Salary: $12,000 gross monthly + bonuses * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Location: Querétaro City Center * Job stability and growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
