At **Fletes México**, we are looking for an **Operations Analyst** to manage dedicated operations, ensuring the proper assignment of operators and units, compliance with service times, and operational continuity. This position is key as the liaison between the client, operators, and internal departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in operations, traffic, or logistics within transportation companies. * Knowledge of local operations and operator management. * Proficiency in Excel and operational systems. * Availability for operational support and incident resolution. **Responsibilities** * Ensure operator availability and assignment according to daily demand. * Track delivery times, trips, and operational reports. * Monitor operator and unit performance. * Address and follow up on operational incidents. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance management of units. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Customer and results orientation.
