Ideal profile: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Language and Production, Digital Media and Communication, or Creative Marketing (or related fields). * **Experience / skills:** * Proficiency with professional and semi-professional recording equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, etc.). * **Essential** knowledge of **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **CapCut Pro**. * Aesthetic and narrative sense for editing content tailored to social media. * Creativity and curiosity about new digital trends. * Teamwork ability, proactivity, and positive attitude. * **Bonus:** interest in marketing or experience in marketing projects, personal branding development, and podcast production. What will you do? * Participate in the planning, recording, and editing of content for various agency brands. * Propose creative ideas to enhance audiovisual storytelling and adapt them to social media formats. * Transform ideas into dynamic, engaging, and high-impact pieces. * Collaborate in the production of podcasts and personal branding projects for the agency and clients. * Support the creation of content that combines storytelling and marketing strategy.
