Key responsibilities include: assisting customers upon arrival at the branch, preparing files for tabloid printing, creating basic designs, preparing files for plotter printing, producing sublimation products, cutting tabloids, operating a cutting plot 3D router laser, posting on social media, preparing quotations, etc. Requirements: * Creative * High school or incomplete college education * **Job stability** * Customer service experience (required) * Social media management (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) * Computer proficiency * Good spelling * Technical or practical design knowledge * Proactive * Organized with strong client follow-up skills * Open to learning * Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar software (desirable) * Must not live more than one hour away from downtown Monterrey Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
