Optimize both administrative and operational activities, ensuring maximum team efficiency and productivity.* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Agro-industrial Engineer, or related field. * Experience in process implementation and continuous improvement (preferably in agribusiness). * Skills in time and motion analysis. * Ability to document processes and train staff. * Proactivity, leadership, and results-oriented mindset. * Teamwork is essential. * Highly responsible individual. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Document and standardize operational and administrative processes. * Collaborate with packaging staff to improve timing, motion, and productivity. * Implement continuous improvement strategies across all greenhouse areas. * Analyze and optimize personnel productivity in the greenhouse and packaging area. * Coordinate with administrative departments to standardize their processes. * Generate monitoring reports and propose corrective actions.
