




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the technical team, ensuring achievement of operational objectives, proper installation and maintenance, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and coordinates technical teams to achieve objectives. 2. Implements continuous improvements in technical processes and manages resources. 3. Trains technical staff and prepares performance reports. Supervise and coordinate the technical team, ensuring achievement of operational and service objectives. Plan, organize, and monitor daily activities of the technical department. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of assigned services or equipment. Monitor performance indicators (response times, service quality, productivity, etc.). Implement continuous improvements in technical processes to optimize resources and time. Coordinate timely response to and resolution of technical incidents. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and internal policies. Train and evaluate technical staff, promoting their professional development. Manage material resources, tools, and equipment required for operations. Prepare performance reports and present them to management.
