REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: * **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a role related to quality analysis or auditing in the food industry. * **Education:** University degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. * **Technical knowledge:** Familiarity with GMPs, SQF, and quality and safety standards is desirable. * **Analytical skills:** Ability to perform sensory analyses and evaluate results, as well as critical skills to identify areas for improvement. * **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments within the company. * **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely document and report findings. * **Technical knowledge:** Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.). * Knowledge of handling perishable goods and loads. * Skills in quality inspection and handling of meat products. * **Skills:** Attention to detail and observational ability. * Strong communication and reporting skills. * Ability to work in a team. * **Working conditions:** Availability to perform manual tasks, including loading and unloading products. * Availability to work under controlled temperature conditions or refrigerated chambers (if necessary). ### **Competencies:** * Commitment to quality and safety. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
