**Requirements: Education:**
* Technical degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
**Experience:**
* Minimum 1\-2 years in a similar position.
* Proven experience handling **cartas porte** (invoicing with carta porte complement for goods transportation).
* Proficiency with **Aspel SAE** (product and customer registration, invoicing, order tracking).
* Basic knowledge of **general accounting** and **administrative processes**.
**Specific Skills:**
* Preparation of invoices with carta porte complement.
* Experience with Aspel SAE and (optional: Aspel COI or NOI).
* Document control, management of fiscal and administrative documents.
* Proficiency with Office Suite (Intermediate Excel – tables, filters, basic formulas).
* Knowledge of tax documentation and SAT (invoicing, CFDI, etc.)

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Generate and manage **invoices with carta porte complement**.
* Data entry and tracking of **orders in Aspel SAE**.
* Control and filing of administrative and accounting documents.
* Assist in bank reconciliations and account reviews.
* Record simple accounting entries and transactions (if required).
* Coordinate with logistics and transportation departments regarding documentation.
* Prepare periodic administrative reports.
* General office support tasks: answering calls, schedule management, supplier follow-up, etc.
