Apply corrective actions in response to deviations or findings in the plant. * 10\. Design and carry out improvements on machinery and/or equipment. * 11\. Report malfunctions in machinery for repair, maintenance, and accident prevention. * 12\. Keep equipment, machinery, and freezing chambers in good condition. * 13\. Conduct preventive maintenance rounds according to the scheduled periods in the program. * 14\. Promptly and effectively respond to reports from area supervisors regarding failures or breakdowns detected in assigned equipment. * 15\. Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition. * 16\. Complete records related to their department (daily logs). * 17\. Request necessary equipment and/or materials to carry out their duties. * 18\. Implement appropriate safety measures within the plant. * 19\. Participate in audits conducted by customers or certification bodies. * 20\. Keep their work area clean and organized. * 21\. Perform any other duties inherent to the position as assigned by their immediate supervisor.
