A Mexican company specializing in the sale of lightweight construction materials is seeking a **Counter Salesperson** to help achieve organizational objectives by providing advisory services and technical solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, as well as supporting the monitoring and optimization of administrative and operational processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Administration, or related field * **23 years of age or older.** * Software: Windows, Excel, SAE, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. * Process tracking * **Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and petty cash handling.** **General Responsibilities:** · Accurately understand and promote the organization’s products and services · Identify prospects’ needs and offer optimal solutions to meet those needs · Prepare sales quotations · Sell materials · Handle petty cash Assist with store arrangement and cleaning **We Offer:** * Incentives after the 3rd month: Gym membership, savings fund, among others. * Continuous training * Statutory benefits * Internal career development plan * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday — Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (2-hour lunch break from 2 PM to 4 PM); Saturdays, 8 AM to 2 PM. ***If you are interested and meet the requirements, please send your CV via email or WhatsApp: 4433686569*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Gym discount * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
