Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in executive project development, Revit modeling, and interior design for coordination and documentation preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Verifiable executive project development 2. Optimal Revit modeling proficiency 3. Project coordination and façade design **Location:** Southern part of Mexico City **Schedule:** (Full-time) Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Starting Salary:** $16,000 to $20,000 monthly, tax-free (based on qualifications) **Requirements:** * **Education:** Architecture degree * **Age:** Over 28 years old * **Gender:** No preference * **English:** Desirable **Required Experience:** · Minimum 3 years developing verifiable executive projects. · Executive project development. · Optimal Revit modeling proficiency. · Knowledge of interior design, façades, and landscaping. · Coordination with MEP and structural consultants. · Teamwork skills. · 80% of professional experience in office-based work. **Responsibilities:** · Generation of architectural drawings, layouts, masonry, and finishes for executive projects. · Development of architectural solutions. · Review of drawings to supplement with client-specific specifications. · Coordination of MEP and structural projects, façade design, and finishes. · Development of material schedules. · Development and preparation of construction documents (concept catalogs, material lists, descriptive reports, etc.). · Knowledge of drafting standards **Software:** · AutoCAD 2D · Revit Architecture · Navisworks Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages Work Location: On-site employment
