Position: Brewmaster We are seeking a Brewmaster passionate about craft beer production and quality, with experience in operational leadership, production control, and continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating plant operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing brewing processes. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise beer production, ensuring achievement of operational and quality objectives. * Coordinate operational staff, assigning tasks and monitoring team performance. * Supervise production areas. * Manage raw materials, spare parts, and procurement to ensure operational continuity. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery. * Develop new recipes and participate in continuous improvement of products and processes. * Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Train personnel on processes, standards, and good manufacturing practices. * Monitor KPIs, operational reports, and shift-related incidents. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Collaborate closely with Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Management departments. Requirements: * Degree in Food Engineering, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in brewing production and team leadership. * Knowledge of brewing processes, maintenance, and inventory management. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and results-oriented mindset.
