Job Summary: This role involves greeting and attending to guests in the pool area, managing orders, ensuring cleanliness, and anticipating their needs. Key Highlights: 1. Guest attention and service in the pool area. 2. Coordination with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams. 3. Proactivity in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet guests warmly in the pool area and assign lounge chairs or towels. * Take and serve beverage and food orders in the pool area, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. * Ensure areas are clean, tidy, and properly set up before service. * Anticipate guest needs by offering beverages, amenities, or logistical support. * Provide information about hotel activities and available services. * Supervise proper use of furniture and equipment in the pool area. * Coordinate with bar, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. * Handle special requests or complaints with empathy and professionalism, reporting to the supervisor when necessary. **Minimum Requirements** * Intermediate level of English. * Service-oriented attitude and responsibility. * Availability for full-time work.
