Participation in technology projects We seek a Systems Engineer or Information Technology professional to join our team and provide technical support and operational monitoring for platforms implemented for our clients. This position focuses primarily on help desk operations, technical validations, incident tracking, and documentation, ensuring proper platform operation and timely user assistance. Responsibilities * Validate correct platform functionality. * Review user access and license status. * Verify that system services are active. * Restart services when necessary. * Review basic logs to identify incidents. * Validate connectivity and functionality of modules. * Receive and track support tickets. * Address incidents reported by users. * Escalate technical issues when required. * Track tickets until resolution. * Prepare help desk logs. * Generate monthly service reports. * Document incidents and solutions. * Integrate technical evidence and maintenance reports.
