We seek a candidate with experience in software development, technology project leadership, and the ability to coordinate work teams. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring technological solutions that contribute to improving the company’s internal and operational processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and maintenance of internal systems. * Analysis, design, and implementation of software solutions. * Coordination and tracking of technology projects. * Technical supervision and support for the development team. * Process optimization using technological tools. * Preparation of technical reports and documentation. * Incident tracking and continuous improvement of platforms and systems. * Collaboration with various departments to identify technological needs. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field. * Age: 25 to 35 years old. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Experience in software development and programming. * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of databases, web development, and system maintenance. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Flexible working hours. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **We Offer** Competitive salary.
