Job Summary: Supervise picking activities at the CEDI to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to plans, guaranteeing a continuous flow toward shipping. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in high-volume picking operations 2. Management of operational staff and team performance 3. Monitoring of KPIs and continuous process improvement OBJECTIVE: Supervise picking activities within the CEDI, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with order preparation plans; guaranteeing continuous flow to the shipping area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Planning and execution of the picking plan** * **Supervision of quality, accuracy, and order control** * **Management of operational staff and shift-based performance** * **Monitoring of KPIs and process improvement** REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience as a Picking / Warehouse / CEDI Supervisor Supervision of teams of at least 10 people Experience in high-volume operations Work with clear KPIs and targets Intermediate Excel skills Strong leadership and results-oriented mindset Work Location: On-site employment
