Job Summary: We are seeking a cook for Casa Myz, a healthy food and wellness space, to support daily production, preparation, plating, and cleaning, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Training **Position type:** Part-time (primarily evening shift, with possible rotation) **About Casa Myz** Casa Myz is a healthy food and wellness space located in Cholula. We specialize in mindful cooking with vegan, vegetarian, and balanced options, within an environment that blends gastronomy, community, and wellness activities. We are not a traditional high-volume restaurant kitchen. We are a growing space where every detail matters. **Responsibilities** * Support daily production (mise en place). * Ingredient preparation and portioning. * Plating and presentation of dishes. * Support service during peak hours. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. * Care for supplies and basic inventory control. * Teamwork with a collaborative focus. **Ideal Candidate** * Basic or intermediate cooking experience. * Interest in healthy, vegan, or vegetarian cooking (prior experience is not mandatory, but openness is required). * Punctual and organized individual. * Proactive (takes initiative without waiting for instructions). * Mindset of continuous learning and improvement. * Enjoys teamwork and contributing ideas. **We Offer** * Learning in healthy and plant\-based cooking. * Initial training * Tip sharing (based on business volume). * Growth opportunities as the project expands. * Access to the space’s wellness activities (subject to internal scheduling).
