




We are looking for Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Job Requirements **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (completed or incomplete with verifiable experience). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in administrative or human resources support roles. **Technical Skills:** Administrative processes and document control. Payroll management and incident tracking. Internal purchasing and supplier negotiation. Inventory management and material control. Accounting systems and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency. Invoice preparation and review. Microsoft Office (intermediate-to-advanced Excel). Administrative KPI monitoring. Main Responsibilities and Functions Prepare purchase requests and coordinate orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain updated databases of suppliers, employees, and administrative documents. Control inventories of materials, supplies, and employee uniforms. Manage invoices, verify amounts, and coordinate payments with the Finance department. Support the preparation of administrative reports and budgets. Manage physical and digital archives of the department (contracts, receipts, files, etc.). **Support recruitment processes:** post job openings, receive resumes, and schedule interviews. Assist in onboarding new employees and tracking internal training programs. Record and follow up on employee incidents, permissions, vacations, and attendance. Execute and analyze transfers between departments or branches as required by operations. Generate procurement, expense, and human resources reports as requested by management.
