




Position Summary: Design, implement, and supervise maintenance plans, lead technical teams, and manage resources to ensure plant operational continuity and continuous improvement. Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization * **Planning and Scheduling:** Design and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for the entire plant. * **Personnel Management:** Lead, motivate, train, and assign tasks to the technical team, ensuring their professional development and achievement of objectives. * **Resource Management:** Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, control costs, and prepare budgets. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, conduct risk inspections, and implement preventive measures. * **Supervision and Execution:** Coordinate and supervise repairs, inspect facilities, and ensure equipment and machinery operational readiness. * **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze failures, identify root causes, implement new methodologies, and optimize procedures. * **Control and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and manage communication with management and other departments. * **Vendor Management:** Evaluate and negotiate with technical support and spare parts vendors.
