




**Job Description** We are seeking a responsible and committed **Installation Technician** to install and commission **security and access control systems** for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We seek a technically skilled, organized individual with a positive attitude toward customers who can professionally represent the company on-site. **Main Responsibilities** * Installation of **video surveillance systems (IP and analog CCTV)** * Installation and configuration of **access control systems** (biometric, card-based, QR code, etc.) * Structured cabling (UTP, conduits, piping, cable trays) * Equipment mounting (cameras, readers, control panels, intercoms, NVR/DVR) * Functional testing and support during customer handover * Support for preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic reporting of performed activities and installations **Requirements** * Minimum education: high school diploma / preparatory school (technical background preferred) * Minimum experience: **1 year** installing CCTV, alarm, or network systems * Basic knowledge of: * UTP cabling and punch-down techniques * Basic networking (IP, routers, switches – basic level) * Basic use of tools (drill, cable tester, ladders, etc.) * Professional appearance and strong customer service skills * Punctuality and responsibility **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Experience with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, Grandstream * Valid driver’s license **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Timely payment * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Ongoing technical training * Career growth within the company * Positive work environment * Well-defined projects (no improvisation) **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Half-day Saturdays Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
