We are currently seeking an **Academic Records Assistant** with a service-oriented mindset who shares and identifies with our institutional values and philosophy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Registration and data entry of general information * Review and validation of documents for enrollment, retention, and graduation processes * Organization and management of academic records * Tracking of academic procedures such as course equivalencies and credential validations * Preparation and validation of grade summaries * Generation and validation of certificates * Preparation of reports **Required Profile:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Academic Records Assistant at upper secondary and higher education levels * Ability to work effectively in teams * Strong communication skills Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, half-day Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
