




Job Summary: Coordinate and schedule installation, maintenance, and repair services, supervising technicians and communicating with customers to ensure quality standards. Coordinate and schedule installation, maintenance, and repair services. * Assign work orders to technicians based on priority and location. * Track service reports and response times. * Supervise compliance with quality and safety standards. * Maintain direct communication with customers regarding progress and outcomes. * Manage technician routes and daily schedules. * Validate diagnoses and quotations before sending them to customers. * Control spare parts, tools, and equipment. * Review technical reports and close service orders. * Manage warranties and claims. * Serve as the liaison between customers, technicians, and the administrative department. * Train staff on processes and protocols. * Resolve technical incidents or emergencies.
