WE ARE HIRING: "REGIONAL COORDINATOR" * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field * Experience: 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration Responsibilities: * Supervision of units * Monitoring and resolution of conflicts * Generation and tracking of KPIs * Ensuring proper functioning of units * Verifying implementation of standards, policies, and processes * Supporting unit leaders with daily unit operations * Reporting on sales results * Preparing weekly, biweekly, monthly, and/or annual reports * Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry * Travel within the Tlaxcala region and surrounding areas Skills: * Communication ability * Creativity applied to problem solving * Excellent organizational and coordination skills * Confidentiality and reliability We Offer: * Training from day one * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for growth Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
