If you are passionate about healthcare team management, end-to-end process optimization, and possess the ability to transform clinical services into high-profitability experiences, this challenge is for you. **Your Primary Mission:** You will lead our team of professionals (physicians, nurses, technicians, and operational staff) across our 9 branches. Your objective is clear: **Ensure every branch is profitable, efficient, and that our value proposition is experienced in every patient interaction.** **What You’ll Do With Us:** * **On-the-Move Leadership:** You will be consistently in the field, visiting all units weekly to guarantee operational excellence. * **Sales Focus:** You will set sales targets per branch and per position, training clinical staff to identify service opportunities and improve the average transaction value. * **Dynamic Management:** You will resolve staffing and resource incidents in real time, ensuring no branch experiences downtime. * **Strategic Reporting:** You will serve as the right hand of the General Director, delivering accurate data and highly reliable control dashboards. **Who We’re Looking For:** * Professionals with degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Healthcare Management * **Proven experience (minimum 3 years)** coordinating multiple branches (Retail, Healthcare, or Services). * Proficiency in **Financial Excel** and analysis of profitability KPIs. * **Mandatory:** Personal vehicle and high availability for travel throughout Puebla city. * Resilient profile with strong leadership, persuasion skills, and a sense of urgency. Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
