### **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Transportation or related field * **+2 years** as Logistics Operations Assistant or Coordinator in the Hydrocarbons sector * Proven experience in **heavy-duty hydrocarbon transportation and fifth-wheel operations** * Operation and control of **+100 full units** * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** skills * Knowledge of **transportation regulations, operational safety, and GPS tracking** * Leadership of operational staff and on-site decision-making * Availability for **shifts on Sundays and holidays** ### **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive supervision of the vehicle fleet * Strategic dispatch of units according to operational needs * Management and oversight of fifth-wheel operators * Maintenance follow-up and incident management * Operational reporting: units in operation, units without operators, and units under maintenance * Administration, custody, and proper allocation of units ### **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $20,525 * **Quarterly performance bonuses of up to 30%** (starting from the 3rd month) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 100% IMSS coverage, food vouchers, savings fund and savings account * Life insurance, subsidized cafeteria, per diems, and additional benefits **Location:** Parque Industrial del Litoral, Túxpam de Rodríguez Cano, Ver.
