




Position Summary: The Front Desk Supervisor leads and manages the front desk team, supervises check-in/check-out operations, resolves guest complaints, and ensures service quality. Customer Service and Complaint Resolution **Main Responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor:** * **Leadership and Team Management:** Schedule staff shifts, motivate team members, evaluate performance, conduct interviews, and train new front desk agents. * **Operations Management:** Supervise guest check-in and check-out processes, manage reservations, and ensure data accuracy. * **Customer Service and Complaints:** Resolve complex situations or guest complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure a high-quality experience. * **Procedures and Quality:** Implement and develop strategies to ensure all team members follow established procedures and meet service standards. * **Administration and Reporting:** Prepare reports for management, handle cash handling, and maintain an organized front desk area.
