




**Responsibilities** Inspect the vehicle before departure and report any malfunctions or required repairs. Verify the package and/or material delivery list. Ensure all packages are properly loaded onto the vehicle. Verify delivery addresses and routes. Operate the vehicle in compliance with applicable terrestrial traffic regulations and laws. Deliver packages and collect duly signed delivery receipts. Return packages to the sender when delivery cannot be completed. Maintain records of deliveries and returns. Monitor fuel and other expenses incurred by the vehicle using designated tracking systems. Report any emergencies or accidents. Receive, organize, and classify supplies, materials, and items delivered by suppliers at construction sites, in accordance with established departmental procedures and on-site safety regulations. Supervise the loading and unloading of materials delivered by suppliers. Record incoming and outgoing movements of materials, consumables, and fixed assets to ensure proper internal control, as directed by the immediate supervisor. Conduct physical inventory counts. Notify the Procurement Coordinator of irregularities regarding materials, shortages, condition, or malfunctions of machinery or equipment, among others.
