Job Summary: Responsible for strategic communication with the client, coordination of internal teams, and presentation of results to ensure the success of marketing campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in metrics and project management RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client. Maintain smooth communication to understand their needs and objectives. Coordinate and propose marketing strategies based on the client's objectives. Align the client's goals with the agency's capabilities. Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, design) to guarantee proper execution. Review and present campaign results to the client through detailed KPI and key metrics reports. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve future outcomes. Anticipate and manage potential issues or changes in projects. Negotiate timelines, budget adjustments, or revisions to maintain client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to offer new services or projects within the agency.
