The primary objective is to ensure the effective planning, execution, and oversight of instructional design initiatives, guaranteeing that deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives and adhere to established adult learning principles. The incumbent will oversee the development and implementation of educational content projects, partnering closely with content developers to ensure the timely delivery of high\-quality instructional materials. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. * Advanced English Level. * Content creation tools, such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline, or other authoring tools. * Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva. * AI Design tools. * Instructional Design Methodologies. * Project management. **Job Responsibilities** **Administrative Responsibilities.** 1\. Develop project plans, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure the timely delivery of instructional content. 2\. Coordinate all project activities, including content development, review cycles, feedback, and updates. 3\. Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to guarantee the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of educational materials. 4\. Remain up to date on trends and advancements in instructional design, learning technologies, and educational methodologies. 5\. Manage project resources and timelines in collaboration with the Training Manager, ensuring compliance with deadlines and deliverables. 6\. Communicate progress, milestones, and potential risks to project stakeholders clearly and promptly. 7\. Document progress and generate status reports to provide visibility for all interested parties. **Instructional Responsibilities.** 1\. Collaborate with content developers to understand project requirements, learning objectives, and target audience. 2\. Conduct needs assessments and analyze training goals to define the most effective instructional strategies. 3\. Provide guidance and support to content developers regarding instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices. 4\. Evaluate and review instructional materials to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards. 5\. Mentor content developers, promoting best practices in both instructional design and project management. **Organizational Responsibilities.** 1\. Promote and embody ICARET values within and beyond the classroom, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and leadership. 2\. Promptly escalate any critical issues identified during training sessions to Management or relevant support areas. 3\.
