Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to provide excellent telephone customer service, enabling customers to make purchases with home delivery options, according to the organization's established service protocols, procedures, and policies. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls at all times to provide high-quality customer service. * Accurately and error-free verify and document customer requests in the purchase and order assignment system. * Guide customers regarding product availability, current promotions, services, and/or store locations. * Handle and follow up on customer service complaints, seeking prompt resolution. * Keep the work area clean and organized. Requirements * High school diploma completed * 6 months of experience in customer telephone service/sales.
