




### **Job Objective** Manage the procurement process for **construction equipment rental services**, from requisition through purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, documentation control, and timely submission for payment, ensuring operational continuity in construction projects. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the end-to-end equipment rental procurement process for construction projects. * Review properly prepared requisitions. * Generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers. * Review supplier invoices for cash and credit purchases. * Track supplier documentation, due dates, and signatures. * Maintain control over approximately **200 active rentals** and **300 monthly purchase orders**. * Onboard and update supplier information. * Identify new equipment rental suppliers nationwide (across all 32 states). * Monitor for delays in payments and deliveries. * Support updating departmental procedures. ### **Required Profile** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in: * Industrial Engineering * Business Administration * Accounting * Actuarial Science **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in procurement or service administration. Preferred experience in procurement focused on Materials, Equipment, Services, and Spare Parts (e.g., sprinklers, cabinets/hydrants, fire pumps, fire detection and alarm systems, equipment rentals, construction, or civil works).
