Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Position Objective: To deliver and collect envelopes, packages, and items assigned to your route by following established operational cycle procedures, thereby ensuring that the contracted service meets the quality and security guarantees agreed upon with the client. Job Functions or Activities: Capture envelopes and packages leaving the Operations Center in the system. Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart for the route. Inspect packages pending delivery from the previous day. Perform pickups at points of sale (PDV) or directly with clients. Inform security guards of entries and exits at the COP. Separate shipments requiring guaranteed service. Depart on route according to your work order to deliver shipments.
