Responsibilities: * Prepare budgets and item catalogs. * Analyze unit prices based on productivity and actual costs. * Interpret drawings, technical specifications, and regulations. * Review tender documents and prepare technical and economic proposals. * Upload budgets to platforms such as Compranet or similar. * Coordinate with technical and execution departments to validate quantities and costs. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a unit price analyst in construction companies. * Advanced proficiency in **Neodata** and **Excel**. * Knowledge of public and private construction tender processes. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Technical and financial analysis skills. * ERP usage is desirable.
