Requirements: - Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Availability to complete the professional internship period. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Responsibilities: - Support logistics and follow-up for onboarding of new hires and job-specific orientation. - Collaborate in organizing internal and external training sessions, including attendance lists and documentation tracking. - Assist in preparing and managing documentation, as well as maintaining updated training records. - Support updating the Annual Training Program and Position-Specific Competency Matrices. - Assist in employee onboarding and integration activities. - Maintain training course records and documentation, as well as support related training audits.
