AUTOTRANSPORTES DE CARGA TRESGUERRAS Seeks: Quality and Processes Coordinator * Ensure effective implementation of processes through the Integrated Management System, promoting continuous improvement, innovation project development, and achievement of organizational objectives. * Supervise compliance with policies, procedures, work instructions, and internal controls established within the Integrated Management System. * Coordinate periodic analysis of the company's performance indicators, tracking results, deviations, and action plans to achieve organizational goals. * Follow up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions arising from internal and external audits, operational findings, and process reviews. * Participate in planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits related to organizational standards and certifications. * Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement among employees through training, dissemination, and process support. * Develop, control, and update documentation of the Integrated Management System, ensuring current information is available to relevant departments. * Provide support and advisory services to various departments on topics related to quality, risk management, document control, and regulatory compliance. * Track resolution of incidents, nonconformities, and improvement opportunities identified during operations. * Generate executive reports and result presentations for management and involved departments. * Maintain up-to-date basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 28000, ISO 39001, CTPAT standards, as well as other applicable guidelines for the Integrated Management System.
