




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Computer Engineering professional with a solid technical foundation in support and programming, a customer-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous learning. Responsibilities include resolving support tickets. Technical Skills • Hardware and Software Support: Diagnosis, repair, and basic maintenance of computer equipment. • Problem Solving: Ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues. • Ticket Management: Handling support tickets via systems, either by phone or chat. • Basic IT Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental computer and network functionality. Experience in development and documentation of desktop, web applications and services; experience in object-oriented programming preferred, with strong proficiency in the following areas: • Programming languages: C#, C++, Visual Basic, or Python • Database management systems: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational data & modeling) • CSS • PHP • HTML5 • Apache servers • Web page design • Knowledge of Alma Linux.
