Join our sales team and help more people hear the world around them better. · What are we looking for? General Requirements: Education: Incomplete bachelor's degree (minimum). Age: 37 years or older. Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Manager, with PROVEN EMPLOYMENT STABILITY. EXCELLENT EXECUTIVE PRESENCE IS MANDATORY · Essential Requirements: MANDATORY availability to work commercial plaza hours (Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off). Extensive availability to attend a 2-month training program in CDMX. Documentation: Tax Status Certificate. Verifiable Experience: Employment references will be checked. · Knowledge and Skills: Empathy and active listening—essential for understanding patients’ auditory and emotional needs. Ability to persuade and close sales without compromising professional ethics. Organization and follow-up of appointments, tests, and after-sales services. Service orientation and customer satisfaction focus. · What will you do daily? Customer consultation and guidance regarding hearing aids. Conducting tests (per training and internal protocols). Recommending the most suitable type of hearing aid based on diagnosis, lifestyle, and customer budget. Scheduling follow-up appointments for adjustments or maintenance. Addressing inquiries, complaints, or technical issues. Operational and administrative management of the point of sale.
