REQUIREMENTS \* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in construction management (knowledge of construction materials) - MANDATORY · Proactive · Ability to work under pressure · Organized · Honest · Responsible · Age 25 or older · Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or Civil Engineering · RESPONSIBILITIES: · · Payroll Management: Preparation and reporting of payroll for all assigned projects. · · Requisitions and Documentation: Preparation of material and service requisitions. · · Requisition Tracking: Completion and updating of the requisition matrix. Recording of project deliveries and executed payments. · · Filing and Evidence: Filing of project files.
