Job Title: Installation Technician Department: Service / Technical Reports To: Workshop Manager / Technical Supervisor Position Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Job Objective Perform tire removal and installation, safety pad placement, as well as vehicle alignment and balancing, ensuring service quality and safety of vehicles delivered to customers. Duties and Responsibilities Tire disassembly and assembly. Installation of safety pads. Vehicle alignment and balancing. Installation of safety kits according to customer requirements. Support the technical department in basic maintenance tasks. Verify that delivered vehicles meet alignment and balancing standards. Maintain tools and work area clean and in good condition. Comply with established safety procedures and guidelines. Requirements Education: Engineering or technical degree in Automotive Mechanics. Experience: Preferred experience in tire installation, alignment, and balancing.
