Management of collections and quotations We have a place for you as a Sales Floor Assistant at Pharmaceutix Puebla. **Objective:** Attend to customer needs on the sales floor by providing high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations. Promoting new products, PPC (Prescription Product Categories), promotions, offers, and other marketing initiatives is a primary responsibility. Also essential are accurate and efficient collection of customer orders at the cash register, and providing product quotations to customers. **Work Location:** Col. Santiago, Puebla **Business Type:** Pharmaceutical product distributor. **Requirements:** Secondary school or high school diploma **Completed. Skills:** Customer service orientation, friendly demeanor, good memory, self-discipline, teamwork, time and resource management, organization, negotiation ability. Knowledge: Basic mathematics, computer software packages, customer service. **Work Experience:** 6 months in a related position. **Responsibilities:** Customer service and consultation. General promotion of products and services. Promotion of new products. PPC promotion. Branch advertising. Entry of customer orders into the terminal for fulfillment. Manual and terminal-based collection of fulfilled orders. Cash withdrawals and closing procedures.
